Privacy Policy

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form — signing up, contacting us, requesting pricing, or downloading a guide — we collect what you enter: typically your name, email address, company or brokerage name, and phone number if you provide one, along with your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics — pages visited, general location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. Our sites also use ProspectPoint, our own visitor-identification technology (the same technology we sell): it can match anonymous U.S. visitors against consented third-party contact databases to identify them. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do-Not-Track browser signals, we do not attempt to identify anyone under 18, and identification is not applied to visitors outside the United States.

Payment information. We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, whose own privacy policy governs that data.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and provide what you asked for (pricing, guides, a demo, an account).
• To set up and deliver your service if you become a customer — including putting your name, logo, and company information on the co-branded website and tools you purchase.
• To send you relevant email about our services. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and we stop when you say stop.
• To understand how our sites are used so we can improve them.

What we share — and what we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Period.

We share information only with the service providers we need to operate: our hosting provider (AWS), our email-delivery provider, Stripe for payments, and our own ProspectMatch platform (where customer accounts and email campaigns run). These providers may use your information only to provide services to us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Retention

We keep form submissions and customer records as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we're legally required to keep it.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from marketing email anytime via the link in any message.
• Opt out of identification by enabling Global Privacy Control or Do-Not-Track in your browser — we honor both.
• Access, correct, or delete your information by emailing support@prospectmatch.net. We respond within 30 days.
• California residents: you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of "sale or sharing" as the CCPA/CPRA defines those terms. Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of — but the request channel above works for all CCPA/CPRA requests, and we will never treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Children

Our sites are for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and post the new version here. Material changes will be noted on this page.
